Sandra Bullock Rocks Fluttery Dress on 2014 People’s Choice Awards Red Carpet [PHOTOS]

Sandra Bullock has been on every red carpet lately, but she still managed to look fresh and radiant at the 2014 People's Choice Awards.

The Oscar-winner opted for a blue colorblocked dress with a leafy, possibly floral, motif. We're not sure what the design is exactly, but we know Sandra owns the look. She consistently looks fab, and the awards show was no exception.

From head-to-toe, Sandra is stunning.
