Sure, when you have friends like Katy Perry and Cheryl Cole helping you out, it's enough to turn heads. But sorry Rihanna, your project 'Styled to Rock' sounded like a good idea in the beginning, but now, we've grown a bit iffy.

Earlier in August, the singer unveiled the international reality show competition in the U.K., and it did less than stellar in the ratings. The show features 10 designers who compete to fashion an outfit from scratch for Rihanna to wear during one of her performances. While the winner seems to get off with a great prize, it appears that international audiences weren't so keen on Rihanna's show.

'Styled to Rock' airs on the Sky Living Channel and debuted with a mere 95,000 viewers, compared to the networks typical 153,000 viewers per program. The second episode only garnered 79,000 viewers, but the third had 110,000 -- third time's a charm, we guess!

But someone who isn't too concerned with the ratings is Stuart Murphy, the director of the network. "It was trending on Twitter and Rihanna is the biggest star in the world,” said Murphy during the Edinburgh TV Festival. "Find me a channel controller who would turn down Rihanna in her own series."

But hey, in one episode of 'Styled to Rock,' One Direction's Zayn Malik's girlfriend, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards, got to model some of the clothes. So maybe Directioners will flock to the television to help the ratings!
