Selena Gomez Was the Hottest Person at ‘Hotel Transylvania 2′ Press Event

No disrespect to Hotel Transylvania 2 actors Kevin James and Adam Sandler, but Selena Gomez seriously outshone them at a promo event in Cancun, Mexico this week.

The actress-singer channeled Jessica Rabbit in a skin-baring strapless dress with a midriff cutout and a dramatic slit going up to her thigh. Hey, if you've got it, flaunt it, right? E! reports that Selena's gown was designed by Katie Ermilio, and she wore gold Christian Louboutin heels with red accents.

As you can see in the photo below, Sandler and James joined Selena at the photo call, and they clearly did NOT receive the memo that this was a formal event. The two comedians dressed super casually in regular ol' T-shirts while Selena arrived looking like hot fire. Do you think Selena feels like that person who got way too dressed up for a party, and now she secretly wants to at least take her shoes off because her feet feel like two slabs of raw meat and why even BOTHER if nobody else is taking this seriously? Oh girl, we've been there.

In Hotel Transylvania 2, Selena resumes her role as Dracula's daughter Mavis from the original animated Sony film about a vacation resort for monsters. The sequel finds the hotel opening its doors to humans and, presumably, people vs critter hilarity ensues.

Don't worry, Selena's still working on her music career — the "Come & Get It" singer has teased a new video for "Good For You," which is set to debut on June 22.
