Selena Gomez's new music video launches on the Disney channel Friday -- but thanks to the internet, 'Who Says,' began circulating today!

The 18-year-old Disney star and budding pop artist dresses glamorously and takes off her makeup to share with the world that she wouldn't want to be anyone but herself.

Watch Gomez walk the streets barefoot, hop in a taxi, and head to the beach to perform an intimate waterfront concert for her fans in this split-screen music video. Pay special attention, because the signs around the city spell out the lyrics and positive messages to her empowering new song. One painted slogan even points out that she's been 'Beautiful -- The Original Since '92' -- the year Gomez was born. 'Who Says' is sure to encourage young fans everywhere to have pride in who they were born to be.

'Who Says' acts as the first single from Gomez's forthcoming new album, slated for a summer 2011 release.
