Andy Cohen set the record straight on those pesky John Mayer dating rumors.

Speaking to CNN on Tuesday (June 19), the Watch What Happens Live! host and Bravo exec insisted that he and the pop crooner "aren't dating"—though they sometimes FaceTime at 2 a.m. Interesting...

"Listen, we have a very sweet friendship, and we are together all the time. I think that I was not surprised because we also have a great love for each other. So, it just seems like the obvious assumption," Cohen explained.

The rumors of a relationship between Cohen and Mayer initially came to head during the 50th episode of WWHL earlier this month, which the musician hosted.

During the anniversary episode, Cohen declared that he "felt like he knows" Mayer's body, to which the singer asked, "Do you think people wonder if we're in a secret relationship?"

Mayer also serenaded Cohen with a cover of his favorite Diana Ross song, "It's My House."

Later in the episode, when Cohen admitted he's always "trying to turn" other celebrities to be on his show, Mayer quipped, "Believe me, I know you like trying to turn people."
