Britney Spears' former bodyguard Fernando Flores filed suit against the 'Hold it Against Me' singer last year, claiming harassment. The story died down in the media, but it's being resurrected now that Flores has filed new papers in Los Angeles Superior Court that feature a batch of new (and gross) claims about Brit Brit.

Flores is going for the jugular, claiming that the singer exposed herself, made unwanted sexual advances, uses methamphetamines, farts at will, refuses to bathe and picks her nose regularly. TMZ reports that Brit's reaction to the new claims was short and sweet: "He's a liar."

While we're not sure how or why the latter claims about Brit's hygiene -- or lack thereof -- constitute harassment, Flores is making some pretty mean accusations that soil Brit's public image, which she has worked hard to clean up since releasing 'Femme Fatale.' Flores also says Brit frequently uses foul language, has poor oral care, smokes like a chimney and often nixes socks!

The claims reads as follows: "She broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically and she was constantly and gratuitously loud and profane. She did not bathe for days, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks."

Okay, so why did all of this bother Flores so much? We're not exactly sure why farting and nose picking behavior was so traumatic to him, because don't most humans engage in one or two of those activities every now and then?

Flores also alleges that Spears is mentally unstable and required her staff to refer to as "Jennifer" or "Queen Bee." Jennifer? We wonder where that one came from. Nevertheless, Flores is seeking damages, since he says working for Spears made him depressed and anxious. Really.

Brit's camp didn't give the suit any credence when it first surfaced, chalking it up to "another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself." Brit's alleged reaction proves that their stance on Flores hasn't changed.
