In this fast-moving 'X Factor' promo clip, Britney Spears leads her fellow judges Demi Lovato and L.A. Reid. They walk down hallways and smile a lot. Clearly, they love their high-profile jobs.

Inexplicably, there's no Simon Cowell in the clip -- but we do get to see Brit Brit smash glass with a guitar, and that's always fun. Brit Brit went into full on rocker mode there, which is not something we normally see when it comes to her.

Kesha's 'Blow' plays as the background music for the clip, and the 'Cannibal' queen's energetic tune serves as the perfect soundtrack.

Seriously, though, where the heck is Si Co?
