Britney Spears is set to kick off her Femme Fatale tour on June 17, and now fans are getting a sneak peek at all of her elaborate costumes for the North American run.

In an interview with Extra, costume designer Zaldy Goco explains the influence behind his creations. "The real inspiration is Britney herself, because we're creating the show for her, but there's a creative script that is done by the director, Jamie King," he says. "It's a whole thing about femme fatale and femme fatale through the ages."

Goco offers a preview of the show by taking the viewer through Spears' various ensembles. First, she begins with a silver outfit, encrusted with colorless crystals so she shines on stage. The pop star moves into more tantalizing numbers, rocking everything from a latex and lace jacket to a white pleated skirt for her Marilyn Monroe-inspired moment.

"Everything is very sexy," Goco adds. "Britney's a very sexy girl, and so everything just has to be sexy." The singer's wardrobe also boasts Egyptian-inspired pieces that come in a variety of stylized options so that Spears can "switch it up from city to city."

For the finale of the show, the pop diva will don a kimono with a "Japanime Britney" screened onto it, and close her spectacular performance in a black LED dress, which Goco says lights up in "fire and lightning." Spears will begin her Femme Fatale tour with Nicki Minaj on Friday in Sacramento, Calif.
