Britney Spears took a little bit of a tumble on the Vegas stage on Wednesday night (April 29), hurting her ankle in the process.

Britney was performing her '90s hit "(You Drive Me) Crazy" while dancing in some seriously high heels. Then a misstep caused her to accidentally rolled her ankle, falling to the floor in the process (the stage spill happens around the 1:45 mark). Because Brit is the ultimate professional, she continues to belt out the high note in the track even as she is literally sitting on stage in the middle of her fall. You can watch the whole thing go down in the video above.

While this video claims that Britney sprained her ankle, we're not so sure the injury was as serious as the video headline says. The pop icon tweeted after the show to thank fans for their support and to reassure everyone that she is fine:

We're glad she's okay! And Ms. Brit more than just "fine," she's busy casually conquering the tech world as well. Taking a page from Kim Kardashian's book, Britney Spears just signed a five-year contract with the Glu Mobile company — you know, the same people behind Kim's crazy successful game. According to Celebuzz, Britney's game app is set to be released in 2016 "and will feature Spears’ likeness, voice and 'creative influence.'" Britney Army, rejoice!
