Britney Spears Appears in ‘Jackass 3D’ Deleted Scene ‘Poo Cocktail Supreme’

Johnny Knoxville has revealed what he calls a deleted scene from the 'Jackass 3D' movie that features Britney Spears in the 'Poo Cocktail Supreme' stunt.

Knoxville played the clip on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.' In the scene, Knoxville quizzes Britney to make sure she's up for the challenge. "I'm not scared of poo-poo," Spears confidently replies.

The 'Hold it Against Me' singer hops into a porta-potty, which is hoisted into the air with bungee cords and dropped, emptying its contents onto the unfortunate soul stuck inside.

If you find it odd that a pop superstar promoting a new album would be willing to get covered in porta-potty waste, you're not alone. Skeptics point out that the girl who emerges from the porta-potty never shows her face and seems to be a bit skinnier than the Britney who is interviewed in the beginning.
