Charli XCX Debuts New Song ‘Gold Coins’ [LISTEN]

Charli XCX has graciously decided to share another track from her upcoming sophomore album ‘Sucker’ and we are so into it.

The song, called ‘Gold Coins,’ perfectly melds Charli’s signature bold vocals with her penchant for singing about excess. The chorus: "Gold coins out the window / Money falls like the rain falls / And Imma spend it like I don’t care" indicates just how much of a club anthem this track is destined to be.

We especially love that she's not afraid to get guitar heavy on what's more of a dance song. It adds a sense of attitude to the song that we've come to associate with the singer, most notably known for her features on the Iggy Azalea track 'Fancy,' and Icona Pop's 'I Don't Care.' This song forces you to recognize Charli as a total force of dance-pop-nature in her own right, and it has us seriously excited for her upcoming album.
