Finally, the True Reveal of Justin Bieber’s New Haircut [PHOTO]

A rumor that Justin Bieber has cut his hair circulates online, and the teen pop landscape halts to a standstill. His manager, Scooter Braun, then posts a black-and-white video unveiling his new haircut, but it's blurry and barely visible — fans go wild, regardless. Third time's a charm, however, and we finally have a clear view of Justin's new 'do. In case you were wondering, it is not all that different from what was there before.

The sides are now shaved and the top has been kept long, like a budget version of Zayn Malik's all-too-brief transitory phase from beautiful to buzzed. Admittedly, many men (and many women) on planet Earth have some version of this haircut, but we will take any chance we get to link off to a photo of Zayn. If he really wants to live his life as a normal 22-year-old boy, who knows how many more public appearances and professional photographs we have left?

Justin managed to squeeze that haircut in somewhere, between being questioned by police in Rome, and continuing his apology tour in an attempt to redeem for past indiscretions. In an interview with UK magazine Hero, the Bieb reiterated that he genuinely wants to change his ways, saying (quote via PEOPLE), "I hope people felt the sincerity in my apologies. There are a lot of things that have happened in the last couple years that I’m not proud of and I feel a responsibility to my fans and to the public who believe in me to make it right … it was honest.”
