When it comes to blending performance art and music, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry are two artists who are constantly evolving. Whether it's a meat dress or a candy bustier, these singers always surprise. In the coming months, both superstars will drop new albums ('ARTPOP' and 'Prism' respectively), but whose is most anticipated?

Lady Gaga has been showing lots of skin in her promo photos for 'ARTPOP,' which arrives on Nov. 11. The only taste we've gotten from the album is the leaked single 'Burqa,' which is a cinematic murder narrative. However, Mother Monster also revealed some of the lyrics to 'Applause,' so we can't wait to listen to the full project!

Katy Perry, on the other hand, has released a serious of teasers for her new single, 'Roar,' that make it clear that she's shedding her 'Teenage Dream' image. The singer even burns her iconic blue wig! When 'Roar' drops on Aug. 12, we'll definitely get more insight into what to expect before 'Prism' is released on Oct. 22, but we can confidently say it will be different from anything Katy's done before.
