Loreen, 2012 Eurovision Song Contest winner and Swedish Queen of Pop, is back at it again. Mercifully.

Granted, the "Euphoria" singer already returned earlier in 2017 with a song called "Statements," a politically charged burst of angry energy prepared for Melodifestivalen 2017, Sweden's national competition held to select their annual entry for Eurovision. She even put on a stunningly creepy performance, serving The Ring-meets-FKA twigs. But because the world is cold and evil and bad, she didn't make it all the way to the final round.

No matter: a new era starts now.

As teased on her Facebook over the past few weeks, the vocal powerhouse returns today (Jul. 14) with a new single called "Body," a tranced-out serving drenched in club beats that serves as the first taste of a forthcoming release called Nude, coming on August 25.

As opposed to her more vocally girthy moments, a la "Euphoria," "My Heart Is Refusing Me" or "Statements," the singer-songwriter provides breathy come-ons instead.

"It's written on your body," she purrs; her sultry voice almost entirely consumed by the club-ready production. For trance lovers and Swedish Queen enthusiasts alike, the sonic pairing is bliss.

"The wait it over. Today I released 'Body' - part one of my #NUDE project, a project just for you all," she wrote on Instagram.

And yes, there's more coming very soon: Loreen revealed in an interview with Irish radio station 2FM that she'll be dropping one single per month.
