Miranda Sings’ Colleen Ballinger Announces She’s Pregnant, Engaged to Boyfriend Erik Stocklin (VIDEO)
Miranda Sings is pregnant and engaged and no, we aren't kidding!
Colleen Ballinger, the funny woman behind YouTube persona Miranda Sings, made the pregnancy announcement in a video posted Friday (June 29).
In the clip, the 31-year-old actress revealed she and her boyfriend, actor Erik Stocklin, with whom she's expecting her first child, were also engaged. Per an exclusive report via People, the duo's firstborn will arrive on New Year's Day in 2019.
The video, titled I'm Pregnant, begins with the comedian learning the results of a pregnancy test (presumably on April 24, as dated at the beginning of the video), to which a teary-eyed Ballinger discovers she is, indeed, with child.
“I am 13 and a half weeks pregnant,” she admits in the video. “I can’t believe I’m saying this out loud to a camera. This has been the hardest secret to keep from you guys … I’ve never cared about anything more. Like, I have a baby! I’m so pregnant!”

The digital personality explains she was preparing to "Kylie Jenner all of y'all" with her secret but later fessed the news to her friends and family once she realized she was showing.
The Haters Back Off star went on to speak on her friendship with Stocklin, a decidedly private person, and how their relationship flourished into something more.
“Erik is not an Internet person," Ballinger explains in the vid, "He’s so shy and sweet, and social media and the Internet [are] not really his thing."
She added in the clip: “We started out as friends, and that turned into best friends in the whole world, and then that slowly turned into more. But when it turned into more, we very quickly realized, ‘This is my person.’ We knew we wanted to be married, we wanted to have a family together, we wanted to grow old together. This is what we want, this is what we need. It just is a perfect fit.”
After several years of dating, Ballinger divorced her then-husband Josh Evans in September 2016. She met Stocklin in that same year when she cast him as her love interest on her Netflix Original Series. The pair began dating two years after, defining their relationship for the first time on Instagram in June 2018.
