Welcome to April 2014! It's a new month, which means new songs to download and new singles hitting the radio. So which of these new songs will be the next big hit this month? Which one stands out to you the most?

Let's take a look at some the candidates. And if you would like to hear all of the songs on the poll, we've assembled them in a Beats Music playlist which you can listen to right here.

Lady Gaga has announced that 'G.U.Y.' is the next single off her album 'ARTPOP.' The pop diva released a 12-minute music video in late March depicting her as a wounded angel determined to come out stronger. 'G.U.Y.', which stands for "Girl Under You," is the third single off 'ARTPOP' and was co-produced by rising EDM producer/DJ Zedd.

Nico & Vinz, a duo from Norway, are making their debut with their first single, 'Am I Wrong.' Their uplifting and positive sound have made them a worldwide sensation with almost six million views on YouTube for 'Am I Wrong.' The song has reached record sales in Norway, Denmark and Sweden, and we're pretty sure they can be the next big act in the United States.

Shakira released her new self-titled album on March 25, 2014, and with the album came the music video for her new single, 'Empire.' 'Empire' has a more rock sound to it compared to the dance pop that we usually associate Shakira with. More in the vein of something Avril Lavigne might release, the song starts off as a light acoustic melody and then transitions into a roaring ballad as it hits the chorus. The tune is a return to Shakira's works earlier in her career, and we think fans will appreciate the new sound.

Cody Simpson is out with a new single titled 'Surfboard,' a track he debuted while appearing as a contestant on this season's 'Dancing With the Stars.' The song is a mixture of a little dubstep with an upbeat summer pop feel to it. Many are drawing comparison of the song to Beyonce's 'Drunk in Love,' but Simpson tells MTV that it's just a coincidence. "Everyone was like, 'Beyonce did that' and I had the idea for a while. And then Beyonce's came out and I absolutely love that song, but when I heard it I didn't know if it was going to affect my idea at all."

Other new tunes include One Direction's 'You & I,' Calvin Harris' 'Summer,' Afrojack's 'Ten Feet Tall' as well as singles from new artists My Crazy Girlfriend and Heffron Drive. So which of these songs will become the big hit of April 2014? Vote below and let us know what you think! The voting will end at 11:59PM ET on April 30.
