One Direction know they're a bunch of lucky guys: They're talented, they're gorgeous and they're mega successful. However, they admit that their fame comes with a few caveats -- for instance, having the whole world in your business all the time!

Liam Payne assured their Tumblr fans (quotes via MTV) that their scrutiny is simply something that comes with the territory and that it doesn't actually bother them much. "I wouldn't say it's stressful at all," he said of the constant fan and media monitoring of the band's every move. "Since 'X Factor,' our lives have obviously changed but I would say for the better. We have millions of fans that support us and we get to meet them while traveling all over the world."

However, Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles admit to having it a little harder than Payne does, in part because their fans create "characters" for them -- and then interpret everything they do as such. And sometimes these characters date. Awkward! "This is a subject that was funny at first but now is actually hard to deal with as I am in a relationship," Tomlinson admitted. "Me and Harry are best friends, people look into our every move. It is actually affecting the way me and Harry are in public: We want to joke around but there seems to be a different rumor every time we do anything. I act the same way with Harry as I do any of the other boys and my childhood friend Stan."

Zayn Malik has a different difficulty. "Guess the hardest part is being away from home so much and missing our friends and family," he said. "But then again, I get to travel with four of my closest friends all around the world so we keep ourselves positive. And fans help us a lot as well!"

Payne agrees and insists that their ultra-dedicated Directioners are more of a blessing than anything. "It's very flattering, obviously, as we can see how much they care for us. We just hope they're crying tears of joy!" he said of the sometimes tearful fan encounters. "I don't think there is anything hard about having such a dedicated fanbase. It is actually great to know that there are people out there that love what we do since we put so much hard work into it. The pressure to not disappoint them is obviously there!"

Okay, so they're not only talented, successful and gorgeous, but also humble, charming and diplomatic. Yep. They're perfect.
