Selena Gomez says her latest album Revival is her "most authentic" release to date, and she recently sat down with VEVO to reveal which four tracks she favors most.

First up is her second single, the Charli XCX-penned "Same Old Love." Selena said of the track, "Everybody kind of goes through a cycle -- whether it’s friendship, a relationship, family. It’s different for everyone but you have to understand what that is and why you’re in it. It’s just kind of got that angst in it. You can hear it, there isn’t faking that, there isn’t faking any of the emotions that I put on the record."

"Hands to Myself," is another favorite, though it was written at the tail end of the Revival recording sessions. Selena said, "It was one of the last songs that I had recorded…We thought we had the whole album together…It was more, ‘What are girls not doing? What are the vibes that are happening?’ We got a little Prince-esque in it, a little of a whisper going on, and the idea is fun. It’s so intoxicating when you get that feeling, being infatuated, not really caring, being free with it…It’s a little cheeky, it’s fun."

She also speaks in-depth about the album's lead single "Good For You," which introduced a different side of Selena to the public: "So sexy, it makes me feel like such a woman, it’s so nice. I love being able to figure out what makes me me as an artist and I think that's where I hit the sweet spot. I have this lower register, I love to translate emotion. I loved being able to feel the song as I’m singing it -- it’s sensual, it’s powerful, it’s empowering to yourself. You’re feelin’ yourself, you like where you are — I think that’s important and that’s exactly how I felt."

Finally, "Camouflage" rounds out her top four favorites: "[It] is the only ballad on the record for a reason. It is a vulnerable moment for me. When you’re in that moment of being in love you feel like you’re being seen by everyone. And then when you lose it you feel invisible, and you feel devastated. Whether you ignore it, whether you live your life, whether you get back into another situation, you have to have those low moments to appreciate the high moments."
