Hilary Duff started her career as a Disney Channel teen idol and transformed herself into an actress, singer, author, entrepreneur and mom. Born in 1987 in Texas, a young Hilary landed the lead role on the Disney series ‘Lizzie McGuire.’ She skyrocketed to stardom after its 2001 premiere, also appearing on the big screen in such projects as ‘Agent Cody Banks’ and ‘Cheaper by the Dozen’ – not to mention 2003’s ‘The Lizzie McGuire Movie.’ She pursued a music career, with her second studio album, ‘Metamorphosis,’ featuring hits ‘So Yesterday’ and ‘Come Clean,’ hitting No. 1 on the U.S. album charts. More acting and music followed, as did fragrances, clothing lines, books and son Luca. ‘Tattoo,’ a collaboration with Ed Sheeran, ignited excitement over a musical comeback in 2014.
