Taylor Swift shows her sassy side in the new music video for her latest hit, 'Mean,' as she and her fellow underdogs take on the bullies of the world.

At the kickoff of the video, the 'Love Story' starlet is just a little country banjo picker with an 'I know something you don't know' look in her eyes, warding off anyone who dares to push her buttons.

Within four minutes, we're given multiple different underdog characters to follow. There's the scrawny guy being picked on by the football players in the locker room -- which is just like a scene out of 'Glee' … Or, you know, any high school ever -- and the red-headed teen who is poked fun at for dressing as a silly mascot, while she's just trying to save her pennies for college. We're also shown a blue-eyed young girl, who waltzes into a moment in the lunchroom that's like an elementary school 'Mean Girls,' before the shot goes back to Swift, belting the uplifting lyrics while tied to the railroad tracks with her head held high.

In the end, Swift gets what she set out to achieve -- she finds herself on a (mock) Broadway stage, singing against the 'Mean' -- and we flash back to all of our characters, who have grown up to live out their dreams and be what they wanted to be, despite the bullies who pushed them down time and time again.
