Taylor Swift Is Do Something's Most Charitable Celebrity

One of the many things we love about Taylor Swift is the fact that she’s as charitable as she is successful. It’s like the more she gets, the more she’s willing to give back. And so it comes as no surprise to us that she’s managed to top DoSomething.org’s Celebs Gone Good list for the third straight year in a row.

When Taylor first released the song 'Welcome to New York' as a promotional single, we were totally thrilled, but then we found out that all the proceeds that came from the single were going right back into the New York City public school system, and we were totally impressed.

Coming in second place on the list is ‘Orange is the New Black’ star Laverne Cox for her efforts to raise awareness about the struggles facing transgender people, and Beyonce appears in third place for her #BeyGOOD campaign that helps the homeless find jobs, homes and gives them resources.
