DJ Earworm has alerted pop fans to the most pronounced sounds of 2015, but what did the year look like? YouTube's weighing in.

Yesterday (December 8), the video-sharing site officially unveiled two playlists that collectively serve as a set of pop culture CliffsNotes for 2015: The Top 10 trending clips of the year and the Top 10 trending music videos of the year. As far as the former's concerned, it probably comes as no surprise that the adorable Heaven King's dance routine set to Silento's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" leads the pack.

Also on the list? Jimmy Fallon's legendary round of Lip Sync Battle with Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart clocks in at No. 5, James Corden's late-night Carpool Karaoke session with Justin Bieber lands just one spot down, and President Obama's very own batch of Mean Tweets straight from Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The segment infamously included the Commander-in-Chief reciting the following:

"A $30 rack of Coors light is $23 now at Sun Stop. Thanks, Obama."

Where more musical affairs are concerned, "See You Again" by Wiz Khalifa ft. Charlie Puth earns top honors, edging out Maroon 5's "Sugar." Ellie Goulding's "Love Me Like You Do" takes the bronze, Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" finds its way to No. 5 and Adele's thunderous "Hello" greets YouTubers from the ninth spot.
