On Monday (May 14), BTS teased their upcoming single "Fake Love" and its accompanying video with a nearly two-minute-long clip that focused primarily on the visual aspect of the song—laying out the story that's centered around a magic shop, soundtracked by a classical musical arrangement.

On Wednesday (May 16), the K-Pop phenoms give their ARMY a taste of what they can expect from the track sonically by sharing a 28 second teaser that splices a bunch of scenes from the video with the song's audio.

The single and music video are set to drop May 18, the same day the boy band's album, Love Yourself: Tear, comes out. On Sunday (May 13), BTS shared the album's track list, which interestingly also includes a track entitled "Magic Shop."

Many fans speculate the group's music is all connected, and this apparent connection makes a good case for the theory.

BTS is set to perform "Fake Love" during the Billboard Music Awards, which will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 20 at 8 p.m. EST on NBC. Kelly Clarkson will host the show.
