It can be hard for us to believe that stars are just like us, but once in a while a celebrity does something that makes the claim seem a bit more reasonable. Take, for example, Carrie Underwood, who understands that women shouldn't have to shell out over $100 on a single piece of workout wear.

Carrie decided to address the concerns most women have by launching a line of activewear that fits just about every criteria: It's affordable, functional and fashionable. Her new line, which is called Calia, is available for purchase today at Dick's Sporting Goods.

The line is composed of simple tees, tanks, jackets, leggings and sports bras. You can also shop Calia's accessories, including yoga mats and a seriously sleek infusion water bottle. This is no Lululemon clone. Prices for the line's offerings are reasonable, including $8 ballet socks, $30 tank tops and $60 leggings.

The line includes pieces that can easily take you from a class at the gym to a coffee date with friends or a day of running errands. They are feminine and flattering as well as comfortable and relatively affordable.

Carrie Underwood isn't the first female celebrity to diversify into the world of  activewear: Starlets like Kate Hudson and Heidi Klum have also launched similar lines.

This has certainly been an exciting time for Carrie. She and her husband, Mike Fisher, also welcomed a son just days before the activewear line's release. Isaiah Michael Fisher was born on February 27.
