While many of the categories at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards revolve around accomplishments in music, television and film, there is one award that is presented to a person who truly inspires those around them. In this case, that person was Demi Lovato, who was presented the Acuvue Inspire award by Charice and 'Teen Wolf' star Tyler Posey.

Lovato founded the Love Is Louder Than the Pressure to Be Perfect campaign in conjunction with The Jed Foundation to promote mental health and happiness among teenagers and young adults. Her campaign earned her the Acuvue Inspire award, which was given to her by Acuvue spokeswoman and fellow teen singer Charice.

The 'Skyscraper' songstress looked beautiful as she walked up to the stage in a yellow dress with a train, black high heels, and a tousled half-up-half-down hairdo. Lovato was obviously incredibly touched by the win, and she was at a slight loss for words at first. "Thank you so much. I just want to say thank you to say to Acuvue and Teen Choice, but thank you guys, you guys are who did this for me," she said.

Lovato was all smiles as she continued, "I couldn't have made it through the incredible journey without your help and your strength … Love is louder! I love you guys so much. Thank you!" Way to go, Demi! You deserve it!
