Chris Brown was arrested for assault last night (Oct. 26), and this time it wasn't involving another pop star.

The 'Fine China' singer, whose previous battery subjects included Rihanna and allegedly Frank Ocean, was charged with felony assault after reportedly attacking a man outside of a Washington, D.C. hotel.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the altercation occurred outside of the W Hotel at 15th and K at approximately 4:30 AM ET.

The victim hasn't been identified, but is reportedly being evaluated at a local hospital. Brown was taken into custody following the incident. Sources noted that Brown didn't appear to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol at the time of the alleged assault.

Brown is still on probation for his assault on Rihanna. If this charge finds him in violation of his probation, he could potentially face up to four years in jail. Here's hoping he can keep his anger, temper and fists in check.
