Watch Iggy Azalea Rap Gibberish in Hilarious Vine [VIDEO]
A Vine of Iggy Azalea rapping indecipherable lyrics went viral this week because this is the internet and it is freaking hilarious.
The Aussie rapper was performing her 2012 song "D.R.U.G.S." when one clever Viner decided to post six seconds of the rap — six seconds seemingly made up of nonsensical words. Seriously, this was basically the reason that Vine was created — so we could all enjoy an endless loop of indecipherable rapping.
Of course, when you actually look up the lyrics to the track — "Pitchfork point better pass me the joint / Gotta twist this beat, I’mma sprang my joint / Straight crack rock, go to the pop-pop / Pumo Jiggy Rap City, no Tiggy, yeah shorty do illa’ I’m raw no Digga" — you can actually see that Iggy really is rapping the correct lyrics, though they are a little nonsensical to begin with.
This is not the first time that "D.R.U.G.S." made headlines. The rapper drew a lot of criticism for a verse in the song that included the lyric, "When the relay starts I’m a runaway slave, master." In the music video (which you can watch on YouTube) she makes a "cracking whip" motion as she raps the line.
For this Vine, however, there was not much controversy, and just a whole bunch of laughter. And not mean-spirited laughter, either — just the kind that actually leaves you doubled over and clutching your sides and not being able to breathe from the hilarity of it all.
