Khloe Kardashian Filing for Divorce From Lamar Odom Today [UPDATE]

Seems that Khloe Kardashian may finally be cutting ties with husband Lamar Odom. At least if reports that she's filing for divorce today (Dec. 13) prove to be true.

The claim comes from the pretty reputable TMZ, which says that Khloe will be citing that age old "irreconcilable differences" excuse when she files to end her marriage to the NBA baller.

Khloe and Lamar had a very specific prenup in place, which kept their earnings separate. Since they have no kids together, this should be a pretty simple divorce, all things considered.

The duo tied the knot in September of 2009, but things have been rocky since Odom's alleged drug addictios came to light, not to mention that bizarre video where he claims he cheated on her and raps about the end of their relationship. She has been seen sans a wedding ring as of late, as well.

UPDATE: Legal documents have been filed by Khloe Kardashian officially divorcing husband Lamar Odom. Khloe is also looking to drop the Odom from her name.

She is not seeking spousal support and has asked the judge to stop Lamar from doing the same.
