Actress Misty Upham, who co-starred in the acclaimed drama 'August: Osage County,' has been reported missing since Oct. 6. Her family is especially worried, as they fear that she may have been suicidal at the time of her disappearance.

According to People, Upham was last seen leaving her apartment on Sunday, Oct. 5, in Auburn, Washington, 20 miles south of Seattle.

"Our officers responded to her apartment where she lives with her parents on Sunday for a suicidal call," Commander Steve Stocker told People. "When our officers got there, she had already packed up some belongings and left the apartment, so the officers were not able to contact or find her."

Commander Stocker also revealed to the site that they have visited Upham four times over the past year over suicide concerns, and that this is not the first time she has suddenly left home.

Upham's father tells The Hollywood Reporter, "She had recently changed her medication, so she was sort of having erratic behavior. She told me and her mom that we didn't have to worry about her anymore. ... I thought it sounded suicidal myself, so I called the police. She's always been a suicidal person."

Her other acting credits include 'Frozen River' and the upcoming Jennifer Aniston film 'Cake.'

We are hoping for Upham's safe return. Anyone with information about her whereabouts can contact the Auburn police department at (253) 288-2121.
