Nicki Minaj Postpones Release of ‘Anaconda’

Was the booty too much for fans to handle?

Nicki Minaj has postponed the release of her latest single, 'Anaconda,' she announced via social media last night (July 27).

Taking to both Instagram and Twitter, Minaj revealed the news in a somewhat cryptic message, writing:

My darlingz, I've pushed the release of Anaconda to next week, Monday 8/4. I promise you will understand why before the week is out. Loveeeeeeee uuuuuu.

Minaj famously unveiled the cover art for the single last week, showing off her eye-popping, um, assets in one seriously revealing photo.

While the rapper's devoted Barbz may be disappointed by the small delay, one week isn't too long to wait in the big scheme of things -- especially when there are so many LOL-worthy memes to make from the single artwork in the meantime. (Have you seen Nicki Minaj's Instagram feed lately?!) We can't stop laughing!
