One Direction Opening Flagship Store in New York City

Money can't buy love, but it can show love for One Direction. The handsome quintet aren't just releasing 'Take Me Home' in a few days -- they're also opening a flagship merch store in the Big Apple! 1D World will be a haven for Directioners (and their allowance).

“With the release of One Direction’s second album 'Take Me Home' just days away, the band is giving the city that never sleeps the opportunity to experience a true 1D World,” Barry Drinkwater (what a cool name!) director of Global Merchandising Services, said in a statement.

Aside from the slew of awesome One Direction stuff you can snag already (we're partial to the dolls), there will be over 125 different products to choose from that you can only nab at 1D World. The goodies include the 1D Winter Range, which includes onesies, varsity jackets, hoodies, beanies and gloves.

The first United States pop-up 1D World actually opened in Chicago following successful shops in Australia and Canada; the New York 1D World will be the eighth worldwide as well as the biggest, boasting a whopping 10,000 square feet.

The New york City 1D World will celebrate its grand opening on Nov. 17 in Herald Square. NYC radio station Z100 will be on hand to celebrate, and Directioners who attend the grand opening will be entered for prizes. You better believe we'll be lining up outside!
