U.K. boy band One Direction, who rose to fame last year on the British version of 'X Factor,' are planning to take on America in March, with the U.S. release of their debut album, 'Up All Night.'

The record will drop on March 20 on this side of the Atlantic, courtesy of Syco/Columbia Records. That's right after One Direction's U.S. tour with Big Time Rush wraps up.

The track listing for 'Up All Night' is nearly identical to the U.K. version, though 'Gotta Be You' has apparently been tweaked and is being called the '2012 U.S. version.'

The album includes 13 tracks, including 'What Makes You Beautiful' and 'Gotta Be You,' both Top 10 hits in the U.K. The boys worked with producer RedOne, among others, and recorded a Kelly Clarkson-penned tune called 'Tell Me a Lie.'

The lads hail from England and Ireland and range in age from Harry, 17, to Louis, who turns 20 next month. They were all rejected when they auditioned for 'X Factor' but were given another chance when Nicole Scherzinger suggested they combine their talents into a group, leading to a third-place finish in Season 7 of the show.
