Oh, to be Taylor Swift. The singer has the life and an impressive real estate portfolio to which she wants to add. She is reportedly househunting in NYC!

Know what the means? She can hang with her pal, eternal NYC hipster Lena Dunham.

T. Swizzle wants a downtown crib and has been scoping out enviable slices of the Big Apple real estate pie in a cool section of the city known as Greenwich Village. The New York Daily News reports that Swift looked at several properties on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

One of the cribs she saw? Oh, just 22 Charlton Street, a four bedroom, 2,900 sq. ft. townhouse with a hefty $6.25 million price tag. It was built by John Jacob Astor. She also viewed a considerably pricier Leroy St. townhouse previously owned by 'West Side Story' writer Arthur Laurents. That domicile is offered at $12 million.

If Swift does get herself an NYC abode, it will certainly be a plum addition to her real estate resume. In addition to her Rhode Island home, she also has cribs in Nashville and Los Angeles.
