Of course Taylor Swift's home is a historic landmark!

According to TMZ, the pop star's Beverly Hills mansion—the 1934 Samuel L. Goldwyn estate she purchased for $25 million in 2015—has been officially designated as a historical landmark.

Unfortunately, the designation means that Swift won't be able to make changes to the building's structure or property without "jumping through hoops": A committee rep told the site that applying for remodel projects is a "complicated process."

Thankfully, however, this also means that the iconic Hollywood property will be preserved for future generations... and that Swift may be able to benefit from tax breaks!
