It seems like Taylor Swift is embroiled in a new lawsuit everyday, but at least she can officially cross one off her to-do list.

According to The Hollywood ReporterSwift settled a lawsuit with Blue Sphere, the California-based clothing company that brought a copyright infringement case against her well over a year ago.

They claimed merchandise sold by Swift (all of which included the "Lucky 13” phrase) infringed on Blue Sphere's Lucky 13 brand, and after failing to hear back from her team (despite attempting to reach them on multiple occasions), the company went ahead and sued her.

Although Swift initially filed for a protective order to stop her from being forced to answer questions regarding the lawsuit and later claimed that a busy tour schedule would prevent her from appearing in court, judge Douglas McCormick ruled in favor of Blue Sphere, saying that that “extraordinary circumstances that would warrant a protective order prohibiting the deposition of a named party are not present here.”

The judge also noted that Blue Sphere was entirely willing to accommodate Swift's touring schedule for the deposition, allowing for a possible future trial. But Swift and Blue Sphere ultimately settled on an agreement outside of court, the details of which will remain confidential.

Whether Swift intentionally copied Blue Sphere's logo remains to be seen, but to her credit, the number 13 has always been of significant importance to the "Bad Blood" singer.

Speaking with MTV, she said, "I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first #1 song had a 13-second intro. Every time I’ve won an award I’ve been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter.”
