It's been over two years since Taylor Swift released the mammoth pop crossover 1989 -- which catapulted her to an even higher tier of fame -- and judging by the "Style" singer's past career trajectory, she's overdue for a new album. As such, rumblings of a surprise Swift release have grown louder over the past few weeks, despite an earlier denial from her team.

Fans have most recently latched onto a tweet from Universal Music that hints an unknown "surprise" regarding Swift is set to drop tomorrow (November 4), and many assume it's evidence of an imminent TS6.

"Hey #Swifties, we've got a surprise for you tomorrow," the account wrote. "Follow us now and check back for something you'd not want to miss!"

While the tweet's accompanying GIF appears to indicate the "surprise" will be related to celebrating Swift's ten years in the music industry, that didn't deter fans from hoping for a new album.

To be fair, Scott Borchetta, the president and CEO of Swift’s label Big Machine Records, denied the “Blank Space” singer would release new music in October 2016 (though he’s since deleted the tweet) -- but he never denied a November release.

In any case, the question remains: Is the world ready for TS6?
