Victoria Justice’s Boyfriend Ryan Rottman Arrested for DUI

Victoria Justice's boyfriend, Ryan Rottman, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ reports.

The 'Gigantic' actor was behind the wheel when he reportedly jumped the curb while driving in Hollywood. According to a source, police pulled Rottman over and detected a strong smell of alcohol.

The Louisiana native was given a sobriety test, arrested and then taken to jail, but only spent a few hours in the drunk tank before being released without having to post bail. Rottman had a blood alcohol level of .19, says the gossip site.

The actor was recently spotted sharing a kiss with Justice over Fourth of July weekend. The couple rode bikes in the sunshine and took in a Hall and Oates concert in L.A. The pair have been dating since April.

Justice and Rottman recorded a duet dubbed 'Tori and Ryder's Project Song' for the first episode of the second season of 'Victorious,' entitled 'Beggin' on Your Knees.' The sophomore run of the hit Nickelodeon series began on April 2, and new episodes are currently airing on the network.
