Ariana Grande tried to fix the misspelled Japanese tattoo she got on her hand.

As previously reported, the singer accidentally inked "BBQ grill" on her palm instead of "7 Rings."  The tattoo was meant to celebrate her new single and serve as a memento for her group of six best friends, who all got engagement rings after Grande's split from Pete Davidson. It was a nice thought, except she got the translation very wrong.

So, the 25-year-old tried to fix her mistake and spent last night correcting the tattoo. She posted a photo on her Instagram Stories, explaining that she had to take a shot of lidocaine to endure the pain she was in. "Slightly better," she wrote. "Thanks to my tutor for helping me fix and to @kanenavasard for being a legend. And to my doctor for the lidocaine shots (no joke). RIP tiny charcoal grill. Miss u man. I actually really like u."

But although it seems like she "fixed" the tattoo, BuzzFeed pointed out that she might have actually made it worse. The website's reporter Eimi Yamamitsu explained on Twitter that the tattoo reads "Japanese BBQ finger" now.

LOL, Grande can't seem to catch a break.
