Break-ups are never easy, but according to her own admission Ariana Grande is "good" following news on Monday (April 20) that she and rapper Big Sean split after eight months of dating.

Just yesterday we learned that Big Sean and Ariana called it quits after an eight-month-long, PDA-filled romance. It came as a pretty big shock because the two were always completely up front about how in love they were — but all good things must come to an end, and it seems that things simply weren't working for the pair.

Ariana sent a pointed message to her fans thanking them for their support and assuring them she's doing fine....but then she quickly deleted the message. Us Weekly reports that Ariana tweeted the following message: "I love u babes so much. You're a bunch of angels honestly. your love / care is appreciated so much. i'm good i promise."

While Big Sean has been active on Twitter following the news, he hasn't made any overt references to the break up yet. His most recent tweet reads: "Luv 4 having me and @meerondakeys (producer of the song) perform "One Man Can Change The World" @jimmyfallon! Meant a lot to me/my family."

Sean and Ariana were never exactly shy about their relationship — remember when Sean rapped about Ariana's billion dollar....anatomical part? We respect that they're handling this break up in their own way, though. From what we've gathered, the split was amicable and mutual and according to reps for both musicians, they continue to respect and care for one another. Maybe there's a reconciliation in store for these two? Only time will tell.
