Billboard has launched a brand-new chart called the K-Pop Hot 100, and the girl group Sistar has claimed the No. 1 spot with their single, 'So Cool.'

Following right behind Sistar is Leesang with 'I Turned Off the TV...' and 2NE1, who have scored three spots on the chart. The female hip-hop group has earned the No. 3 slot with 'Ugly,' a No. 14 spot with 'Hate You' and a No. 21 song with 'I Am the Best.'

The latest chart was created in conjunction with Billboard Korea, and ranks the nation's top-selling songs based on digital sales and downloads from mobile service sites.

"The launch of the Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 chart is a milestone event, as it will provide the Korean music market with what we believe is Korea's most accurate and relevant song ranking," says Silvio Pietroluongo, Billboard's Director of Charts. "We're excited to be expanding Billboard's globally recognized Hot 100 chart franchise into this country, and look forward to enhancing the K-Pop Hot 100 chart in the near future with additional data as well as creating new charts that showcase the breadth of Korean music."

Prior to the K-Pop chart announcement, Billboard featured Korean sensations the Wonder Girls on its Mashup Mondays series. The group performed a cover of B.o.B and Bruno Mars‘ ‘Nothin’ on You’ for the site, a song chosen by popular fan vote.
