The night before Drake dropped '5 AM in Toronto,' in which he may or may not make a few digs at Chris Brown, Brown took some shots at him.

E! Online reports that Breezy was at a charity benefit in Studio City, Calif. last night (March 6) when Drizzy's 'Started From the Bottom' came on. Brown pretty much flipped out, but not in a violent way. In fact, it was kind of entertaining.

Brown flipped everyone the bird and shouted, "The DJ can play this s---, but I want you all to know, f--- Drake!"

Brown then launched into some freestyle raps -- then into his hits, performing a good eight songs, including 'Turn Up the Music,' 'As You Were' and 'Beautiful People.' Reggie Bush even joined him onstage as a hype man!

Reports say Breezy was feeling pretty good, ordering vodka and $10,000 worth of rose all night.

Rihanna wasn't present, but the witness notes that Brown's entourage included several ladies. Still, the spies don't insinuate anything was going on -- so don't go worrying and subtweeting, RiRi!

It's been a dramatic few days for Brown. Not only did he ditch his bodyguard in Bermuda and then threaten a valet, but he also may or may not have been a passenger when Lil Twist crashed Justin Bieber's Fisker Karma. Say what you want about Breezy, but his life is certainly never boring.
