Demi Lovato's comeback album 'Unbroken' made a big splash in its first week of release, selling almost 100,000 copies and earning a Top 5 debut.

Billboard puts the official tally at 96,000, putting 'Unbroken' in fourth place behind Tony Bennett's 'Duets II,' Lady Antebellum's 'Own the Night' and Adele's '21.' It's a great achievement for the teen performer, who has come all the way back from her stint in rehab last fall.

Lots of music fans and stars within the industry have been rooting for Lovato. Last week, after the album's release, Lovato tweeted, "Thanks to everyone who bought Unbroken on @itunesmusic!!!! Your support means the world to me!!!"

'Unbroken' includes the Top 10 hit ballad 'Skyscraper,' the Timbaland and Missy Elliott collaboration 'All Night Long,' the lovesick tune 'In Real Life,' and the sassy, upbeat track, 'Who's That Boy,' which Lovato has confirmed as the album's next single.

Before the Billboard 200 results came in, Lovato delivered a gorgeous string-laden rendition of 'Skyscraper.' She worked the stage in an angelic off-white gown with shimmering accents around the collar, as ballerinas performed an endearing modernized dance. It was another outstanding performance by Lovato.
