Jayma Mays Poses in a Printed Dress at the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards [PHOTOS]

Jayma Mays looked radiant on the orange carpet at the 2014 Kids' Choice Awards!

The 'Glee' actress experimented with an edgy, printed dress. The design is pretty unexpected -- green florals layered over a blue-and-white checkered pattern. This look could have gone south, but the flawless cut and Jayma's perfect accessorizing made it work! Also, that blue is exactly the right shade for the actress' coloring.

Jayma also had fun with her bag and shoes. We love her gold heels (a major trend on the night's orange carpet!) and mint clutch. Add the hint of midriff under a sheer panel in the dress, and you have a fun, stylish look.

This is definitely one of the more polarizing looks from the evening, but we think Jayma pulled it off. Complex prints are a major trend for spring, and the colors are perfect on her. This is how you do it right.
