Joe Jonas has been working on his new solo album, and now it seems that Chris Brown may be a featured guest on the record. The two pop stars hung out in the studio over the weekend with producer Hit-Boy, who tweeted photo evidence of the collaboration.

"Swag!" Hit-Boy wrote on his Twitter page along with this picture. "@joejonas @HitBoy_SC @chrisbrown just did a smash! Whoooo."

Whether the song is a legitimate hit remains to be seen, but the two musicians certainly have enough star power to back it up.

Jonas recently Jonas told Entertainment Weekly that his upcoming solo effort wouldn’t be “a cheesy pop record,” and admitted to Details that he wanted to make more club-ready music. If that's the case, enlisting the help of Brown and Hit-Boy -- who has worked with the likes of Kanye West, Jennifer Lopez and Diddy -- is a deft move.

But the partnership doesn't just benefit the Jonas Brother. Brown, who allegedly broke a window in his dressing room during a 'Good Morning America' appearance, could stand to receive some good publicity.

Brown has made music with a variety of notable pop artists, including Jordin Sparks, Justin Bieber and Keri Hilson, and has even dabbled in Disney in the past. The R&B singer made a guest appearance on 'The Suite Life of Zack and Cody' back in 2007.

What do you think the collaboration will sound like?
