K-Pop Girl Group Red Velvet’s First Japanese EP Is Finally Coming This Summer
South Korean girl group Red Velvet will release its first Japanese EP in July.
The K-pop stars shared a teaser Monday on Twitter after announcing plans for the mini album Cookie Jar, which will debut July 4.
The video features moments from Red Velvet's first Japanese concert. The "Red Room" show took place in Tokyo, Japan, in March, with further concerts to be held in Japanese cities in May and June.
"Red Velvet JAPAN 1st mini ALBUM [#CookieJar] 2018.7.4 Release! #RedVelvet #CookieJar," the group tweeted.
Red Velvet shared a track list for Cookie Jar on its Japanese website. The EP will include Japanese versions of the singles "Dumb Dumb," "Russian Roulette" and "Red Flavor," along with three new songs in Japanese.
Red Velvet last released The Perfect Red Velvet, a reissue of its album Perfect Velvet, in January. The group celebrated last week after its music video for "Dumb Dumb" passed 100 million views on YouTube.
