Taylor Swift Wins Song of the Year at 2017 CMAs, Reacts From NYC Hotel Room
Cue the Taylor Swift surprised face: The pop star was floored when she learned the track she wrote for Little Big Town, "Better Man," won Song of the Year at the 2017 Country Music Awards on Wednesday (November 8).
Though unable to attend the award ceremony, which took place at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, the "Look What You Made Me Do" singer instead reacted with utter shock from her hotel room in New York City as her friends filmed her.
Meanwhile, Little Big Town accepted the award on Swift's behalf, sharing, "Taylor, wherever you are, thank you for this beautiful song and for loving songs and loving Nashville."
Swift's 2017 Song of the Year trophy marks the artist's 12th CMA. The singer is set to perform on Saturday Night Live this weekend (November 11).
