Meg & Dia are back with a brand new student-directed music video for their spirited electro-pop single, "Teenagers."

After dropping the Black Mirror-inspired video for "American Spirit" in July, the duo have released another in collaboration with OMG Everywhere LA, a nonprofit organization launched in 2011. OMG Everywhere says its goal is to teach filmmaking to the next generation through free creative workshops aimed toward youth. The student-directed video opens with a man making himself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich before Meg and Dia appear on the screen, dancing and later singing into a glass and fake trumpet.

"Before we filmed our video with OMG Cameras Everywhere, I figured it would be a fun experience working with kids and a nice thing to do for the community," Meg tells PopCrush about the video, which was directed and written by OMG Everywhere, a nonprofit organization launched in 2011. OMG Everywhere's goal is to "teach filmmaking to the next generation" through free creative workshops aimed towards youth.

"I came away from that experience with a completely new perspective on creativity and mine and Dia’s professional career. The kids taught me to remember that the reason we make music is to play and have a good time, and the kids also taught me not to take every aspect of the industry so seriously. They taught me to have a 'why not' mindset more often. Why not? Why not create a world where we are running through a maze of peanut butter and jelly? Why not dance with neon glow sticks in ski jumpsuits?”

Following an 8-year hiatus to pursue solo careers, the sisters have reunited to release a new album titled Happysad, which features 10 tracks and promises to be "the most refined and collaborative record of their career." The LP is also described as a blend of both singers' personalities and "one that not only finds their friendship rekindled, but their creative spark reignited and their musical horizons expanded."

We're happy to see the sisters back together again after all these years. They'll even be heading out for a fall tour, which kicks off on September 14 in Salt Lake City.
