The Rock and Taylor Swift are two celebs we never pictured together, but the actor just channeled the singer in the best possible way. Yep, that's right; he lip-synched to "Shake It Off" and it was everything.

So how did the Rock end up dancing along to Taylor's hit track? And, more importantly, how did the heavens align to catch it on video? It turns out that the Rock was "belting" out the song as part of Jimmy Fallon's new show Lip Sync Battle.

The Rock shared a clip of his performance on Instagram, captioning the video, "#LipSyncBattle OF ALL Lip Sync Battles... Channelin' my inner @taylorswift And comin' to take the title from @jimmyfallon #IJustShakeItOffBaby #RockVsFallon #Spike APRIL 2nd."

If that epic teaser isn't enough to convince you to tune in, Us Weekly reports that John Krasinski, John Legend, Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt are also scheduled to appear on the show.

It sounds like the show has some serious intensity potential. ET Online reports that Chrissy Teigen ended up in the hospital after filming an episode. The model posted a photo of herself on Instagram with the caption, "Then I cracked a foot bone. I regret nothing." Eeek!

Host LL Cool J gave Us Weekly a hint about the show, saying, "This show to me is the coolest show on the planet. We’ve got every type of music, we’ve been having a ball making the show. These superstars on the stage, they go all out, balls to the wall. I saw Mike Tyson do 'Satisfaction' by the Rolling Stones the other day!"

You can check out Lip Sync Battle when it premieres on April 2 on Spike TV.
